Unfortunately we  have  not  been  able  to  accept  your  paper  for  the
conference. We had  98 papers  submitted for  the conference;  due to  the
limited length of the program, we accepted only 30.

I'm sorry that it  took this long  to get the  results to you;  conference
operations seem  to  all  take  much  longer  than  anticipated.   However
preparations are proceeding. I don hope you will plan to attend.  We  will
be sending an advance registration form to you shortly.
